January & February Beauty Favorites!

Hi lovelies! Today I decided it is time to tell you about my favorite beauty products at the moment, because makeup has been my obsession during the last two months.

For foundations, concealers and powders, I've been using Maybelline's Fit Me concealer in the shade light, which I have to tell you... IT IS SO GOOD. It lasts all day, with two layers (pretty much two dabs) just covers those dark under eyes to the point that your skin looks flawless. I'm pretty much in love with this new concealer and its so affordable in any drugstore. Next goes to my powder, and it's from Rimmel London, it is the Stay Matte in the shade 001 or Transparent, and its perfect, because like its name, it is transparent and it covers those oily areas, you want to hide and give your face the perfect matte look. It is definitely something to rave about forever by how cool it is. And for my new Real Techniques Expert face brush, I had to include it in the picture, because I bought this two weeks ago and it is so wonderful. I didn't like any of my past foundation brushes and every makeup YouTuber I watch, rave about these ones, and when I went to Walgreens and saw that they had some of the original brushes, I died of happiness, it definitely blends my foundation with my concealer so well, my makeup lasts so much more in the day than it did before using the Expert face brush. I'm so glad I bought this one and I'm hoping to buy more in the future.

For my favorite eye beauty products, I've been obsessed with the Naked 2 palette from Urban Decay and also the Brow Drama from Maybelline. These two are now part of my every day makeup, they definitely agree with me, make my face look fairer and prettier and I definitely recommend this eyeshadow palette for those who haven't used eyeshadows before, because let me tell you that its perfect for rookies, really natural and easy to apply. L'Oreal's Miss Manga has also been one of my favorites, because it leaves my lashes so flawless and separated and extra long, definitely recommend it to you, if you're looking for a new mascara. Love it.

My lipstick favorite is still my Pink Nouveau from MAC, definitely obsessed with its awesome pink pigment, it definitely lasts all day, the color is so beautiful and I want to buy more of these! *saves even more money*

So these are my beauty favorites, let me know which ones you've been loving in the comments and until the next post lovelies!

The story of a girl and her eye liners!

Hi lovelies, so today I decided to talk to you about my past eye liners, which some of them may not really stay with me anymore, because I've moved on, lol. I recently bought a Rimmel London Scandal Eyes liquid eye liner in the shape of a marker, which is really useful and easy to use. A picture of it is in my Instagram, which you can visit here. So back to my past eye liners, as you can see, from left to right, it's L'Oreal's Blackest black gel liner, my Mark's Painted Black Liquid eye liner, my Maybelline's Master Precise liquid - marker liner and my Rimmel London's Exaggerate liquid eyeliner. From all of these, I love my Mark liquid eyeliner the most, because even if it was liquid, I actually learned to use liquid eyeliner with it, so its really easy to handle and to apply to your eyelid and it was a very intense black winged eye liner for me. I'm going to miss it, because I really got it as a gift, I could try and buy it, but right now it isn't really beneficial for my budget, but if I have the chance, I may buy it in a near future once again. My other favorite liner among these is Maybelline's Master Precise, because it made me apply eye liner quicker and if I had to leave in my car like in one minute for college, applying the liner would take like that exact minute. Really handy and easy to apply, but I got sad that this liquid-marker liner didn't really last that long, but only like six months. I mean it is a long time, but I've had liners that have had a more life-span than this one has so I like it, it's really useful, but maybe I won't see it in my makeup bag in a long time. L'Oreal's gel liner is really good as well, I used to use it so much for a while, now that it's old, I need to get rid of it sadly, but it's a good quality gel liner and I don't know if its still on market, but a really good product. It doesn't lie when it provides a really intense black color and a 24 hour lasting time on your eyelids. This is it, these are my ex eye liners, I will miss them so much, but I definitely recommend them!

Until the next post! xoxo

September's favorites! (One week later, but it's here)

Hello lovelies! I finally got around to make a favorites' post and now it's here.
It took me like a week to make this post, *facepalm* but I made time! So as you know I like to divide my favorite areas and tell you about what I've been in love with the past month!

Artist I've loved this month (maybe since summer, but now even more!):
Sam Smith!
His voice is just divine and I cannot get enough of his album, I'm truly obsessed with it.
My favorite songs are Make it To Me, Latch, Stay With Me, I'm not the Only One & La la la. In the Lonely Hour is freaking amazing and you should check it out!

Movie I finally watched and loved:

Beginners
Starring Ewan McGregor, Melanie Laurent and Christopher Plummer

Thanks to Netflix, I made time to watch this movie I've been dying to see from a long time now, but I sometimes can't put the effort to find the movie online or simply buy it, but I'm so eternally grateful that Netflix uploaded it this past month, I think. The story/plot of the movie is about this man called Oliver who discovers that his father is gay and later on, he dies. Oliver can't seem to shake off his grief over the months after he's been literally shutting down every opportunity to come back to society, up until he finally goes to a party and meets Anna. It is a romantic, independent movie which has a pinch of comedy and it just simply pulls your heartstrings. I adored the movie so much, it is up in my favorites of all time. I give the movie a solid 8/10.

Now up to beauty products:
Maybelline's Precise Eyeliner and Essie's Nail Polish called Strut Your Stuff & Lilacism.
As you can see, the pastel lilac one is called Lilacism and it looks so lovely and delicate on my nails, I should have also added a picture with my nails and the color, but it is so pretty, my mom is currently wearing it on her nails. Strut Your Stuff is the blue vibrant one, it is not a very bright blue, yet it is toned down, but it is a very pretty royal blue color.

Now for the eye liner, a lot of my friends and acquaintances have been asking me about which eyeliner I've been using, because my cat-liner looks so on point, most of you guys have been dying to see which one I've been using. As you see in the picture below, it is like a pen and it is so thin, it definitely helps mark the line that you want, or the thickness of the amount of liner you want on your eye. I looove it, I give it a solid 10. I bought it on a drugstore at $7, very cheap and perfect for an everyday makeup or evening, special occasions look too.

Thank you lovelies and look forward for my next post!

Weekly Obsessions!

Well, good day to you! Here is my first weekly obsessions post in where I will write each week, (obviously) about things that have caught my attention and that will hopefully inspire you if you need new recommendations in beauty/makeup/fashion, music or movies.

Firstly in music: Zedd's new single, Find You Featuring Matthew Koma & Miriam Bryant.

So a fun fact about me it's that I really fell in love with electronic music, because of my uncle! He has showed me so many concerts and festivals, since then I've been kind of an EDM head too... (I can make a post of my favorite electronic/dance music artists for you soon) anyway, this new hit single is so refreshing along with his style, romantic and daring, I really like this song, I don't know what more to say about it. It reminds me of Clarity and Stay The Night (his most known songs) it is like a mixture of them, and with Matthew Koma as the main vocals, well yes this song is bound to be loved. Enjoy!

Okay, now for the beauty/makeup session... I bought Maybelline's the Falsies mascara and the Baby Lips lip balm! I'm in love, guys. The Falsies do what you want your eyelashes to do, look uber pretty and incredibly long! Same goes with the lip balm, because I really haven't been protecting my lips with anything, and it is really important so they don't get chapped and nasty looking, Baby Lips will do a flawless job protecting your lips all day.

You can find these in any drugstore.

You know that movies and music are the main thing in this blog, but I also watch Youtube series! This one, some of you may know of, or not, it's called Emma Approved. It's a modern adaptation of Jane Austen's novel of the same name, Emma. There have been multiple adaptations like Emma (1995) where Gwyneth Paltrow is the main lead, and also the famous spin off, Clueless. (I looove both of these movies and they are in Netflix! So if you haven't seen it, go right now and do it!) So, about Emma Approved well it is a really good series that I really enjoy! It returned from their two month hiatus and I'm excited to see how they pull of this really modern idea and plot of the classic novel.

Here's the video of the first episode:
